How a BoostLogic project actually runs

Fixed scope, weekly demos, and a handover that assumes we will not be around forever.

Scoping call

A working session with the people who actually run the process, not only the person who signs. We produce a written map of every handoff, the volume through each, and where time is lost.

You get
Process map
Named bottleneck
Rough effort estimate
2Week 2

Data check

Most projects live or die here. We audit the data you keep, its completeness and its history, and tell you plainly if the answer is that you need six months of clean records first.

You get
Data readiness note
Gap list
Go / no-go recommendation
3Week 3

Fixed proposal

A written proposal with the scope, the deliverables, the fixed price and the launch date. If the assessment says automation is not worth it for you, that goes in writing too and the assessment is where we stop.

You get
Fixed-price scope
Launch date
Success measures
4Weeks 4–8

Build with weekly demos

We build in your environment from week one and demo every Friday. Shadow mode runs before anything touches live records, so your team sees the system make decisions before it is allowed to act on them.

You get
Weekly demo
Shadow-mode period
Review queue for exceptions
5Week 9+

Handover

Every credential, repository and runbook is transferred to you. We train whoever inherits the system, and if you want us on retainer for monitoring, that is a separate decision made after handover, not a condition of it.

You get
Full documentation
Credentials transferred
Training sessions
One process at a time

We will not scope five workflows in parallel. The first one teaches us enough about your data to price the next properly.

Shadow mode before live

The system makes decisions your team reviews but cannot act on, usually for two weeks, before it touches a live record.

Fixed price, named measures

The proposal states the price and the success measures. Missing them is our problem to fix, not a change request.

Week one starts with a conversation, not a contract.

The scoping call is free, and roughly one in four ends with us recommending you do nothing.
